SINGAPORE

All orders with will be direct couriered (within Singapore) to you at a flat rate of SGD$5.00 for residential areas. Orders above SGD$80.00 will enjoy complimentary delivery (not applicable for CBD)

All your orders will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Local delivery typically will take about 4-6 working days to reach at the address indicated in your order. Kindly expect slight delays during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Teachers Day and Christmas. 

Delivery Options:

1. Express Courier (Next Day delivery) - SGD$10.00 flat rate.

2. Same Day Courier - SGD$13.00 flat rate. Please email us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com before making your purchases. Upon confirmation, all orders have to be made before 11am. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Please e-mail us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com to get a quote for your shipping fees. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other taxes that are calculated by country. The customers is responsible for paying all customs duties and fees incurred (if any). Little Bits & Bobs will not be able to mark international packages as zero value or gifts to avoid customs duties, fees or taxes. 

REFUNDS

Due to the natural ingredients and handcrafted nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds for items sold. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe that you have received a damaged or wrong item, please e-mail us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com with your order number and photograph of the damaged/wrong item received within 24 hours. We may ask you to send the items back to us with its original packaging. We will reimburse you for the postage for damaged or incorrect items. If the correct item is not in stock, we will update you when the item is available or issue you a refund instead.
