Our candles are homemade and hand poured in small batches for best results. It is made in Singapore.

We at Little Bits & Bobs are dedicated to creating our candles with the purest ingredients. 100% natural soy wax without any additives, synthetics or chemical stabilizers. Therefore, our candle may look frosted or slightly uneven, none of which affects its performance.

We only offer courier shipping within Singapore, at a rate of SGD$5.00. Orders with a minimum spending of $80 is entitled to complimentary shipping.

Upon payment verification, your order will reach you within 3-5 working days.

If you require same day courier service, please email us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com before making your purchases. Upon confirmation, orders have to be made before 11am for same day delivery and a delivery fee of SGD$13.00 will be applicable.

A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship worldwide. Please email us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com to get a quote for your shipping fees. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other taxes that are calculated by country. The customers is responsible for paying all customs duties and fees incurred (if any). Little Bits & Bobs will not be able to mark international packages as zero value or gifts to avoid customs duties, fees or taxes.

Due to the natural ingredients and handcrafted nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds for items sold. 

If you believe that you have received a damaged or wrong item, please e-mail us at littlebitsnbobs.sg@gmail.com with your order number and photograph of the damaged/wrong item received within 24 hours. We may ask you to send the items back to us with its original packaging. We will reimburse you for the postage for damaged or incorrect items. If the correct item is not in stock, we will update you when the item is available or issue you a refund instead.
